This full-time position as a Banking Solicitor (Asset Based Lending) sits with eNL in Manchester, offering £70,000 to £80,000 annually. The successful candidate, ideally 4+ PQE, advises lenders, banks, corporates and fund managers on security and finance transactions. Responsibilities cover asset-based lending alongside real estate finance, capital markets, leveraged finance and corporate lending, working closely with Partners. Applicants need strong technical ability, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
