Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Banking Solicitor (Asset Based Lending) to join a top banking team in Leeds. With 4+ years PQE, you will advise lenders, banks and corporates on finance and security matters and handle asset-based lending, real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending.

You will work closely with Partners on high-value matters, enjoy a supportive environment and clear progression as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in banking or asset-based lending.
• Experience advising lenders, banks and corporates on finance matters.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Advise lenders, banks, corporates and fund managers on finance and security matters.
• Handle asset-based lending, real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending.
• Support partners on a varied caseload and provide case-management.
