Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Microbiology to join the team at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough. This full-time, ongoing role offers core hours and the chance to work in a busy laboratory service.

You will perform culture, identification and sensitivity testing on clinical specimens and report results, using both manual and automated techniques. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Microbiology lab experience and hands-on automation experience with

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a Microbiology lab.
• Microbiology lab automation experience on instruments ( Kiestra, Urimast, Maldi, Iris, Bactec, Entericbio).
• Able to analyse results and to report them
• Specialist portfolio or experience Band 6

Responsabilités

• You will perform culture, identification, and sensitivity testing of clinical specimens.
