Job summary

You will work with cross-functional site teams, monitor product quality, and manage critical-path plans to deliver new products on schedule, while staying travel-ready and maintaining strong communication

Qualifications

• Degree in food science/technology or related field.
• Proven bakery product development experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourdough products and fermented bakery goods desired.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate (higher-level qualifications advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day development of bakery products, focusing on sourdough and hot cross buns.
• Translate customer briefs into commercially successful launches meeting quality, cost and margin targets.
• Collaborate with Production, Technical, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure scalable manufacturing.
