Scotsman Hospitality is seeking up to four qualified bakers in Scotland to join our team. As a Baker you will produce a variety of high-quality breads, pastries and specialty items, ensuring consistency and efficiency across daily production.

The role requires at least five years of professional baking experience, strong knowledge of techniques and equipment, and the ability to work well under pressure within a team. We offer staff meals, discounts, and a range of perks to support your wellbeing.
