Job summary

Aalyria is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the Spacetime team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain core software, contributing across multiple projects as the company grows.

The role emphasizes leadership in technical design and architecture, with opportunities to work closely with seasoned engineers from top-tier tech companies. Hybrid remote/in-office arrangements are offered as the team evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Golang, C/C++, Rust or Java.
• Demonstrated leadership in technical design and architecture.
• 3+ years developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containers, and distributed data systems.
• Experience with performance analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.

Responsibilities

• Scale and optimize distributed systems powering link modeling computations.
• Migrate workloads to GPU-accelerated architectures for performance gains.
• Improve production-grade algorithms to increase capacity and reliability.
