Job summary

Voxpopme, the centralized insights platform, is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer in the United Kingdom. You’ll build and maintain backend APIs for new platform products, design standalone systems, and integrate third-party services and AI/LLM features.

You will work closely with product and UX, including user interviews to inform architecture and decisions. Join a fast-paced team that values action, collaboration, and ownership, with flexible remote work and stock options.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend APIs and scalable services.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS / GCP) and HTTP integrations.
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations is a strong plus.
• Collaborative by default with strong documentation and realistic timelines.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining backend APIs for new platform products and features.
• Designing standalone systems with clean separation from legacy infrastructure.
• Integrating third-party services – AI/LLM tools, video infrastructure, analytics platforms.
• Supporting AI-powered features including LLM-based data processing and automated workflows.
• Collaborating directly with product and UX – including user interviews to gather feedback.
