Job summary

ev.energy is seeking a senior backend engineer to help build and scale our Python/Django platform that powers AI-driven energy services. You will own services, APIs, data models, and production reliability while moving quickly and integrating AI as a core capability.

You will collaborate with product, design, and commercial stakeholders to translate customer problems into robust technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions that balance speed and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python backend experience.
• Experience with Django, FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience applying AI in production using AI coding tools.
• Strong API and data modelling fundamentals.
• Proven ability to lead technical decisions.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
