Qualifications

• Senior backend experience building production systems with .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record directing AI-generated code and spec-driven development.
• Strong ability to write precise, agent-executable PRPs and specs.
• Experience in verification via scenario-based testing and quality gates.
• Ability to audit code generation and ensure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features across multi-tenant data platform services using AI agents from specifications.
• Author structured PRPs and spec files; maintain a versioned spec library.
• Run parallel agents across workstreams and monitor success metrics and defect escape rates.
