Job summary

beqom is seeking a Senior Agentic Backend Engineer to own specifications for data platform services powered by AI agents. You’ll design an agentic pipeline, governances, and verification to enable AI-driven development without hand-written code.

Collaborate with Data Platform, Analytics, Support, and Product to translate needs into precise agent-executable specs. You’ll deliver multi-tenant data features through AI agents, write robust PRPs, and drive parallel agent workstreams while ensuring

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience building production backend services with .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AI coding agents and parallel agent sessions.
• Excellence in specification writing for agent-executable PRPs and specs.
• Strong verification engineering with scenario-based testing and holdout evaluation.
• Strong architecture judgement for performance, scalability and reliability.
• Experience building agent infrastructure (MCP servers, sandboxed execution, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Deliver features across multi-tenant data platform services exclusively through AI agents from specifications.
• Author PRPs and spec files and maintain a versioned spec library governing the codebase.
• Run multiple agents in parallel across workstreams; evaluate outcomes against specs.
• Build and maintain the agentic pipeline and its cost, latency and governance aspects.
• Embed governance: audit trails and data-classification gates keeping secrets out of agent context.
• Diagnose and resolve production data issues with agents in collaboration with Support and Eng.
• Document specs and pipeline decisions for humans and agents to act on.
