You will build AI-powered features and repeatable AI workflows, turning LLM capability into reliable internal tooling and product features. The role combines hands-on backend work with end-to-end AI process design in a small, product-focused team.

You’ll shape architecture and integration patterns as the product scales, with room to influence workflow design and AI embedding across the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering background, ideally using Python.
• Experience building AI products or AI-powered internal tools in production.
• Hands-on experience creating LLM workflows or chaining multi-step AI processes end-to-end.
• Comfortable designing reliable backend systems around AI use cases, not just basic API integrations.
