Qualifications

• Product Manager with genuine ownership experience and track record of excellence.
• Engineering background is essential.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily (Claude Code preferred).
• Structured, analytical approach to diagnosing issues and root causes.
• Able to translate messy customer feedback into clear problems for the team.

Responsibilities

• Set and hold the quality bar across the product, including testing and measurement.
• Synthesize customer feedback and drive features from problem to delivery.
• Collaborate with Lead PM, engineering, customer success and founders.
