Flow Engineering is seeking software engineers to build AI-powered features that help teams author, review, and manage requirements. You will work on agentic systems and workflows, bringing AI into how teams reason about their systems.

The role spans backend integrations to UI hooks, delivering complete AI features from prototype to production. With 3+ years in production software and hands-on experience with LLM providers, you will evaluate models, design robust pipelines, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 3+ years developing production software in cloud environments.
• Hands-on with modern LLM providers and tooling.
• Familiar with prompt design and retrieval-augmented systems.
• Ability to evaluate models and deployment patterns pragmatically.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ownership-driven settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI-powered features for requirements workflows.
• Build agentic workflows to explore designs and validate requirements.
• Evaluate language models and optimize for reliability, latency, and cost.
• Develop data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Collaborate with product and customers to iterate features.
