Job summary

Collinson Group in Greater London is seeking a Senior Product Propositions Manager – B2C (Retail) to shape and deliver direct-to-consumer propositions, including Priority Pass. You will own end-to-end proposition development, working with the Head of Value Proposition – B2C (Retail) to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in product proposition, strategy, growth, consulting or commercial planning roles.
• Experience in B2C retail, e-commerce, subscription, membership, travel or similar direct-to-consumer businesses.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end propositions from insight to launch.
• Strong pricing, financial modelling and P&L management skills.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver B2C retail propositions to meet the needs of current and future consumer segments.
• Own proposition development from insight through business case, validation, launch and optimisation.
• Translate consumer insights into proposition choices and investment recommendations.
• Define propositions including audience, benefits, membership, pricing, journeys and go-to-market.
• Develop robust business cases and financial models with clear benefits and risks.
• Define KPIs and track revenue, margin, LTV, engagement and retention.
• Monitor launch performance and drive test-and-learn optimisations.
• Contribute to the proposition roadmap and prioritisation with trade-offs across value, return and fit.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Commercial, Finance, Partnerships, Operations, Customer Support, Legal and Compliance.
• Act as market advocate, tracking trends in travel, loyalty and adjacent sectors.
• Mentor colleagues and promote best practices across the Value Proposition function.
