Raw Selection is seeking a high-energy B2B Sales Executive in the UK to drive private equity executive search partnerships. You will prospect PE firms and PE-backed companies, building relationships with CEOs and senior leaders to generate retained-search opportunities.

You should have 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, success with outbound activity, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. A rewarding commission structure and clear progression await high performers.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of B2B sales experience with outbound prospecting.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Experience selling to senior executives or investors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect Private Equity firms and PE-backed businesses.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, investors).
• Generate new retained-search opportunities and pitch services.
• Manage client relationships throughout the search process.
• Collaborate with Research team to identify and assess opportunities.
