Job summary

Proton is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Proton VPN in the B2B space. You will work at the intersection of Engineering, Growth, Data and Design to create high-potential features as Proton enters a new market, collaborating with R&D, Security and Back-End teams.

You will define a strategic vision with leadership, drive adoption/retention metrics, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver impactful value to enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record launching products in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic, analytical thinker delivering commercially successful products.
• Strong customer focus and high UX standards.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Deep technical acumen and ability to contribute to decisions.
• Technical background with emphasis on security.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision and roadmap for B2B Proton VPN.
• Ensure development of features delivering lasting value.
• Drive product innovation and new features for new user segments.
• Define success metrics for adoption, activation and retention.
• Coordinate product, engineering, growth and marketing cross-functionally.
• Lead teams through execution and unblock blockers quickly.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and user feedback.
• Plan scaling strategies including foundational technology and processes.
• Set a fast pace to accelerate delivery.
