Proton is hiring for an Organic Growth SEO lead. You will own the SEO roadmap and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to drive measurable growth across Proton's platforms. You will analyze performance, work with large datasets, and ship technical improvements that move the needle.

You will influence international SEO strategy, collaborate with content teams, and report on traffic and revenue impact while experimenting to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing organic traffic.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and site architecture understanding.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO roadmap from strategy to execution.
• Analyse organic performance with SEO tools.
• Work with large datasets (SQL/BigQuery a plus).
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship improvements.
• Drive international SEO strategy and scalable site architecture.
• Partner with content teams to align search intent with content.
• Build reporting linking SEO to traffic and revenue.
• Design and evaluate SEO experiments.
