Proton Technologies AG is seeking a senior designer for the Design Team. You will shape the visual and interaction language across Proton products, embedding design within engineering teams from early framing to final delivery.

You will create systems, motion, and assets that strengthen trust and clarity for millions of users. We value 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to simplify complex problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and shipping consumer digital products with portfolio.
• Proven ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive interfaces.
• Experience building and evolving design systems for consistency and flexibility.
• Experience designing motion and micro-interactions as part of production UI.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual and interaction quality of Proton products from concept to production.
• Design interfaces that convey privacy and security without sacrificing clarity.
• Craft visual systems that scale across millions of users.
• Create icons, illustrations, and assets that reinforce Proton's language.
• Contribute to the shared design system and push quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers from early framing to implementation.
