Job summary

Veeqo is seeking a Senior B2B Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media efforts across search, social, display, and programmatic channels for mid-market to enterprise B2B SaaS. The role focuses on driving qualified leads and revenue growth through full-funnel campaigns and data-driven optimization.

The candidate will own strategy, testing, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Data teams to scale performance and improve ROAS in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Ability to measure impact with data and metrics.
• Experience with incrementality testing and attribution.
• Proven track record in scaling paid media with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience managing campaigns across major platforms (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta).

Responsibilities

• Develop full-funnel paid media strategies.
• Manage day-to-day paid media operations and optimizations.
• Own budget allocation and ROAS optimization.
• Lead testing frameworks and measurement improvements.
