CityFibre is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns for B2B and B2B2C audiences in London. You will partner with Sales, Operations and data teams to optimise customer journeys and drive commercial performance.

In this role you’ll own content, oversee campaign measurement and deliver insight-led decisions in a fast-paced environment. The hybrid role offers office days in London and a flexible benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven with ability to analyse performance and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and commercial performance.
• Manage customer communication journeys, including installation and migration programmes.
• Create customer-focused marketing communications and campaign content.
• Partner with ISP customers, strategic partners and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing activity.
• Use campaign data and insights to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver activity on time and to plan.
