Job summary

CityFibre is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager in London on a hybrid basis. You will lead B2B/B2B2B/B2B2C campaigns and customer communications with Sales, Data & Insights, and partners to drive engagement and performance.

• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and commercial performance.
• Manage customer communication journeys, including installation and migration programmes.
• Create customer-focused marketing communications and campaign content.
• Partner with ISP customers, strategic partners and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing activity.
• Use campaign data and insights to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver activity on time and to plan.
