• Experience managing and growing B2B client accounts in an agency setting.
• Strong marketing background with experience developing strategies and campaigns.
• Ability to translate client objectives into effective marketing plans and campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple projects with internal teams to deliver outcomes.
• Track record of growing client accounts and revenue.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing strategic marketing advice and ensuring a high level of service.
• Creating marketing strategies and campaign plans that support client objectives and deliver results.
• Working with internal teams across content, PR, digital, design and web to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and supporting business development activities.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Driving client retention through proactive account management and consistent value delivery.
• Keeping campaigns and marketing initiatives on track, ensuring agreed actions are completed and objectives are achieved.
