AirTanker Ltd. is recruiting a B1 Line Engineer (SR) at Brize Norton. The role covers a structured shift pattern with day and night duties, offering a competitive package and potential for a comprehensive A330 Type course.

As a Sponsor Reservist, you’ll maintain critical air mobility assets to meet RAF/MOD requirements, with responsibilities spanning maintenance, certification, and safety across operations.

Competenze

• CAA B1 licence with A330 type rating and company authorisation.
• Experience managing personnel in a line maintenance environment.
• Ability to take ownership to deliver objectives within timescales.
• Experience liaising with internal/external agencies including military.
• Experience organising and leading short notice AOG recoveries.

Mansioni

• Undertake maintenance activities inclusive of scheduled and un-scheduled Aircraft Maintenance in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Certify servicing and maintenance tasks under the authority of the Quality Manager.
• Ensure staff safety and compliance with documentation.
• Manage aircraft documentation and certification entries.
• Be available at short notice for AOG recovery of aircraft.
• Liaise with Maintrol on technical issues and inputs.
• Ensure H&S compliance in all circumstances.
• Encourage staff and foster a culture of reporting.
• Lead efforts to build a strong corporate safety culture.
