Job summary

Airbus Helicopters UK Ltd in Shawbury seeks a B1.3 Licensed Engineer to support MFTS operations. You will ensure serviceability and compliance across airframes, engines, and avionics, certifying work and supervising fitters.

The role requires UK CAA Part 66 B1.3 licence, type training where needed, and flexibility to work RAF Shawbury and related sites. Attractive package and career development available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK CAA Part 145 and CAMO requirements.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance on helicopters or similar.
• Ability to certify maintenance in accordance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver serviceable aircraft to meet daily flying programme.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regs and company procedures.
• Perform inspections and repairs as directed by Supervisors.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship for safe operation.
• Complete maintenance across airframe, propulsion, electrical and avionics.
• Supervise fitters and certify their work.
• Assist in hangar operations and aircraft movement.
