Job summary

Airbus Helicopters UK Ltd is seeking a UK-CAA Part 66 B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer for RAF Shawbury. The role involves maintaining aircraft to schedule, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising fitter teams to certify work.

Remaining with AHUK, you will join a dedicated maintenance operation that supports MFTS, with clear progression pathways and a strong safety culture at RAF Shawbury and related sites.

Qualifications

Valid UK CAA Part 66 B1.3 Licence required.
Experience with UK CAA Part 145, Part CAMO and UK ANO is preferred.
Type ratings such as EC135 T3H or BK117 D2 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Delivery of serviceable aircraft to meet daily flying programme.
Ensure compliance with Aviation regulations and Company procedures.
Carry out maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by Maintenance Supervisors.
Complete maintenance to a high standard to ensure continued safe operation of the aircraft.
Supervise maintenance fitters and certify their work.
