- Experience designing and delivering high-quality IT services and infrastructure.
- Ability to lead Azure-based projects and liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proven track record in testing, documentation and knowledge transfer for handover.
Responsibilities
- Act as Azure Infrastructure SME and guide design, development and implementation.
- Provide third line support for IT systems and services.
- Lead go-live testing, documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support tender processes by providing technical requirements and evaluation input.
- Manage incidents, problems and service requests with effective workarounds.
