Addition is seeking two experienced Lead Platform Engineers on a 6-month contract to strengthen a cloud platform for advanced AI. You will lead design and implementation of AWS-based capabilities, with an emphasis on federated identity and integrating Bedrock technologies into core AWS offerings.

The role is hands-on and senior, requiring independent decision-making in a regulated environment, and includes 1 day per week onsite in London or Edinburgh.

Qualifications

• Senior AWS specialist with hands-on cloud engineering experience.
• Experience designing federated identity solutions in complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Designing and building reliable AWS platform capabilities, including federated identity.
• Assessing the current platform and prioritising key technical work.
• Consolidating existing integrations into core AWS technologies.
• Translating requirements into implementable and auditable solutions.
• Supporting the use of Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore.
• Ensuring risk, assurance and design controls are met.
• Providing technical leadership and guiding the engineering team.
