Job summary

Qualient Technology Solutions UK Limited is seeking a DevOps Engineer to create robust environments for multidisciplinary teams within a major UK digital transformation program. The role emphasizes automation, AWS proficiency, and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

You will manage Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling like Jenkins, Git, and Docker in a secure, highly available AWS setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with AWS technologies and cloud security.
• Proficient in IaC and automation.
• Experience in 24x7 AWS environments and incident management.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Experience with OpenLDAP and mail services configuration.
• Hands-on CI/CD delivery using Groovy scripting and Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality, maintainable code with an automation-first approach.
• Provide in-depth insight into DevOps issues and technical guidance.
• Foster learning, transparency and self-organization within the team.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Own and resolve technology change, issues and escalations.
