Duetto is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and scale the infrastructure powering its global SaaS platform from Croatia. You will design robust AWS infrastructure, drive reliability and security, and build automations across CI/CD and IaC.

You will champion monitoring, incident response, and security-first practices while collaborating with engineering to align architecture decisions. This role offers visibility and impact across hospitality tech.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a DevOps/SRE or infrastructure engineering role.
• Hands-on AWS across IAM, VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Proficiency with Terraform for IaC, plus Chef/Ansible for config management.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling: GitHub, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, Jenkins (GitOps a plus).
• Experience with container orchestration: Docker, ECS or EKS.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement robust, scalable AWS infrastructure for a global SaaS platform.
• Own reliability, performance, and security of production environments with high uptime and rapid incident resolution.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code workflows (Terraform, Terragrunt, Chef).
• Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, and DataDog; define metrics and runbooks to preempt incidents.
• Lead security-first practices and SOC 2 compliance across the infrastructure estate.
