Job summary

IBA is a leading aviation consultancy seeking a driven Senior Analyst / Analyst to join its growing Consulting team in Leatherhead. You will support a wide range of projects, including strategic and market analysis, investment cases, due diligence, and financial modeling.

Working within the Valuations and Consulting department, you will help develop datasets and analytical models covering airline financial performance, delivery forecasts and emissions across IBA’s subscription products, while

Qualifications

2:1 degree in finance, engineering, economics or maths required.
18 months+ post-graduation experience in a consulting/analytical/grad scheme role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Motivation to learn, self-develop and contribute to team performance.
Interest in finance fundamentals, airline economics, sustainability or strategy.

Responsibilities

Analyse airline financial statements and metrics to assess risk and provide insights.
Collaborate with team to update IBA Insight Fleet, Airlines and Net Zero platforms.
Monitor industry news to inform forecasts and author thought leadership pieces.
Contribute to Market Reports, Due Diligence, Revenue and Cost Modelling, Valuation, litigation support and tech/environment studies.
Support client inquiries about airline data and industry questions.
