Job summary

Jigsaw24 is seeking an experienced 3rd Line AV Support Engineer to join our managed services team. You will tackle complex AV issues, mentor 1st/2nd line engineers, and help shape new AV tooling and monitoring across client estates.

You will visit client sites for hand‑overs, troubleshoot live incidents, and contribute to a training programme that raises in‑house AV capability. A strong grasp of audio signal paths and commercial AV systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with programming and commissioning for AV control systems.
• Ability to read and modify control system code to resolve live incidents.
• Familiarity with diagnosing and configuring AV devices in corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Primary escalation point for technically complex AV support cases unresolved by 1st/2nd line.
• Handle incidents remotely via phone, remote access, and diagnostic tools across corporate AV environments.
• Contribute to the development of internal training programmes to raise AV capability of 1st/2nd line engineers.
• Assist the software tooling workstream by providing user-focused feedback for the AV platform.
