Job summary

proAV is seeking a Senior Commissioner to join the Egham team. The role involves leading on projects, supervising onsite commissioning teams and maintaining high levels of client, consultant and contractor communication throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Project Delivery and support functions to deliver successful projects, contribute to documentation, and drive continuous improvement to ensure smooth handovers to support teams. Remuneration reflects seniority and experience.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in project commissioning and AV/IT integration.
• Strong communication with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project lifecycle.
• Ability to supervise and develop onsite commissioning teams and collaborate with Project Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned commissioning teams and deploy reporting and plans for the Commissioning team.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other departments to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
• Review system schemes and AV requirements, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure specifications are met.
• Identify development needs and drive continuous improvement across projects.
