Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in AV installation, confident on tools and on-site.
• Strong technical skills across LCD/LED displays, video conferencing, and matrix systems.
• Comfortable leading teams and working in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading national AV installation projects from planning through to execution.
• Managing on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver seamless installs.
• Conducting detailed site surveys and specifying hardware & cable routes.
• Delivering high-standard first and second fix installations.
• Supporting with AV programming and service support.
