London Business School seeks an experienced AV ESupport Engineer to deliver specialist audio-visual support for events across the School. You will assist staff, faculty and participants with setup, troubleshooting and live AV operations before and during sessions.

In this role you will configure and operate PA systems, microphones, projection, relay screens, video mixing, lecture capture and streaming. You will perform pre-session checks, resolve issues promptly and maintain AV facilities across

Qualifications

• Certification demonstrating the required level of technical knowledge, such as AVIXA CTS or equivalent.
• Experience supporting networked AV solutions in a higher education or enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of AV systems, server architecture and PC/Mac environments.
• Experience troubleshooting AV, hardware, software and control system issues.
• Knowledge of Crestron, AMX and Extron products.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer-facing support, advice and troubleshooting to staff, faculty, students, executive participants and alumni.
• Support teaching sessions, hybrid teaching, meetings, collaboration activities and events.
• Set up and support onsite and offsite events, including PA systems, microphones, projection, relay screens and related AV requirements.
• Provide live audio and video mixing support where required.
• Manage and maintain teaching facilities across campus.
• Diagnose, configure and replace AV systems where required.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networked AV and control system issues.
