Job summary

Jago Consultants in Bracknell is seeking a Senior AV Engineer to join a dynamic AV team. The role involves implementing and commissioning integrated audio-visual systems across projects, with design, installation, rack testing and on-site problem solving.

You will work with project managers and programmers to ensure on-time delivery and end-user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with audio-visual systems, HDBaseT, IP networking and DSPs, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and commissioning assigned projects.
• Advanced Visual Systems and Television Network knowledge.
• Understanding of IP protocols, ZigBee, IR & Serial.
• Knowledge of DSP units.
• IP Networking experience.
• HDBaseT technology experience.
• CTS program, design and installation qualifications or equivalent.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for customer training.
• Managing projects to tight deadlines.
• Interfaces with line managers for installation and deployment.
• Clear and concise communication with clients, tech-ops and engineers.
• Installation, commissioning and systems maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Commission racks on site and install systems.
• Design and test AV solutions with project managers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with high-tech equipment.
• Provide training to clients on AV systems.

They are seeking a responsible, motivated, professional and dedicated Senior AV Engineer to join the team at Bracknell. You will be part of a vibrant and dynamic AV team working with assigned project managers and programmers. The position offers versatile responsibilities with a mixture of design, installation, rack/field testing and resolving issues with high tech equipment. You will manage your time effectively and perform within tight deadlines. If you prove yourself, you will be promoted to management in quick succession.

The right candidate would be working with a great array of reputable brands such as Coloplast, IBIS, Marriot, Novotel & Acentic Group.

My Client is looking for an individual to work closely with assigned managers and programmers providing fully functional integrated audio-visual systems. You will be commissioning racks on site and be responsible for installation of systems.

You will need to be a specialist in the following: Audio Amplifiers, Video conferencing systems & projectors/Matrixes, Digital displays & Signage Systems, Wireless devices, Automation controllers, HD BaseT, Movie theatre equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in installing and commissioning assigned projects
