Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Test Automation Engineer to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in shaping our future test automation strategy and enhancing existing frameworks both internally and with our primary clients to optimize our tools and processes. Working closely with the Head of Test, the successful candidate will not only contribute to developing our automation approach but also play an active role in recruiting and mentoring a team of SDET Engineers.
As our ‘as-a-service’ offerings continue to expand, there is a growing need to establish a comprehensive strategy for validating these services using modern test automation tools and methodologies aligned with DevOps CI/CD development and deployment practices.
Our Requirement
The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and possess strong leadership and influencing skills to effectively represent Q-Solution to clients. This role requires confidence and expertise in communicating the benefits and implementation of test automation frameworks.
Proficiency in cloud technologies, BDD-based test frameworks, and tools such as Python, Playwright, and SpecFlow is essential. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of designing and developing custom automation frameworks from the ground up, based on collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
