Senior Test Analyst

Experience working in the financial sector, preferably in the Wealth Management domain, will be advantageous.

Location: London, UK

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand and write SQL for stored procedures and complex database needs.
2. Develop advanced and detailed test reports, analyze risks based on test reporting, and create mitigation plans.
3. Manage and oversee the entire test process including defining, planning, and managing test activities.
4. Ensure the testability of software by analyzing design and test requirements.
5. Represent the testing team in Agile ceremonies, actively participating and demonstrating end-of-sprint test results.
6. Guide test management configurations and define test data management processes.
7. Participate and contribute to the Inspired Testing Community of Practice.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold Inspired standards.
9. Knowledge of various SDLCs (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, SCRUM, etc.) and their impact on the STLC.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Advanced SQL knowledge, capable of handling complex queries and optimizing stored procedures.
• Strong skills in test analysis, test design, and requirement traceability.
• Expertise in creating advanced test reports and dashboards, with the ability to interpret and present findings to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including BDD, TDD, and shift-left concepts.
• Proficiency with API and SQL query tools, such as Postman, SoapUI, and mainstream database tools.
