ODIN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED seeks an experienced Automation Manager to lead the automation and controls function across a portfolio of industrial projects. You will shape software architecture and mentor the team.

This senior role requires strong PLC programming (Siemens/AB), robotics, vision and motion control, with travel to customer sites as needed. You'll collaborate across engineering disciplines to deliver safe, high-quality automation solutions.

Qualifications

Proven senior automation/controls experience in an industrial setting.
Strong PLC programming across Siemens and AB platforms.
Experience leading automation projects or teams.
Knowledge of robotics and industrial vision systems.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Lead automation and controls across multiple projects.
Own automation software development and system architecture.
Develop PLC software using Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms.
Set software standards, libraries and engineering procedures.
Provide technical leadership across PLC, HMI/SCADA, robotics, vision and motion control.
Plan FAT, SAT and site commissioning activities.
