Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Auditing and professional qualifications (CA(SA), AGA(SA), SAIPA), with 3–5 years of external audit experience and demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Auditing.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), AGA(SA), SAIPA) is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in external audit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise financial audits for various clients across industries.
• Assess internal control systems and identify control weaknesses.
• Develop audit programs and procedures based on risk assessment.
• Perform substantive and compliance testing of financial statements and transactions.
• Review the work of junior auditors and provide guidance and training.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients' management.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and working papers.
• Ensure ISA and other regulations compliance.
• Manage client relationships and build trust.
