Job summary

Blusource Finance Limited in Northampton is seeking a Semi-Senior to Senior Auditor to join the accountancy firm. Salary is negotiable and depends on experience and qualifications, with hybrid working up to 3 days from home after probation.

The firm will consider candidates still studying and will cover professional studies. Development towards a Manager role is possible, with more accounts focus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering audits for SMEs/owner-managed businesses.
• Ability to lead audits from planning through to fieldwork and completion.
• Willingness to study ACA/ACCA or ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Work across a varied portfolio of audit assignments for owner-managed businesses and SMEs.
• Lead audits from planning through to fieldwork and completion, with manager oversight and review.
• Build positive relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Support and guide more junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Contribute positively to the team’s delivery, quality, and client experience.
