Job summary

Insite Group in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join its growing assurance team. You will take ownership of audit assignments, work with a varied portfolio of clients, and develop technical expertise in a supportive environment.

Based in Weybridge with hybrid working, the role offers strong career progression, exposure to diverse client bases, and collaboration with managers to deliver high-quality audits.

Qualifications

• Audit experience in an accountancy practice.
• Qualified or studying ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Experience managing external audits from start to finish.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standards.
• Confident communicator with client-facing skills and good IT skills (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Prepare and review financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Identify audit risks and perform appropriate testing.
• Supervise and support junior team members.
• Build relationships with clients and deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with managers on complex assignments.

What We're Looking For

• Previous audit experience within an accountancy practice
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (qualified or studying)

• Confident communication skills and ability to work with clients
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
