Job summary

ProTalent in Leatherhead is seeking an Audit Team Leader to join their growing practice. You will lead fieldwork, supervise juniors, and work with managers and partners to deliver high-quality audits across a diverse client base.

ACA part-qualified or newly qualified, you will develop technical skills in FRS 102 and UK auditing standards, manage client relationships, and progress into management within a supportive, flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• ACA part-qualified or newly qualified with audit experience.
• Experience in UK audit standards and FRS 102.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits from planning through to completion.
• Supervise junior staff and review on-site work.
• Liaise with clients and build strong relationships.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts under FRS 102.
• Work with managers on risk assessments and audit planning.
• Support ACA trainees and contribute to their development.
