ProTalent Limited in Leatherhead is recruiting an experienced Audit Team Leader to join a leading accountancy practice. ACA part-qualified or newly qualified auditors will step up into a supervisory role within a supportive, forward-thinking firm.

You'll lead fieldwork, supervise junior staff, liaise with clients, and deliver high-quality audits and statutory accounts under FRS 102. The role offers hybrid working, study support for ACA, and clear progression into management.

Qualifications

• ACA part-qualified or newly qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience working in audit within an accountancy practice (essential).
• Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and UK audit standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading audits from planning through to completion.
• Supervising junior staff and reviewing their work on-site and in the office.
• Liaising directly with clients and building strong relationships.
