Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior Manager - Northern Audit Survey to provide senior leadership across the Northern Audit Survey agenda. You will oversee audits and surveys, challenge findings, and collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, and Risk to ensure robust controls.

• Extensive Invoice Discounting and ABL experience.
• Proven people management and coaching experience.
• Expertise in audit and survey methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of audit and survey professionals.
• Manage workloads and resources to deliver audits and surveys to required quality.
• Oversee complex client audits and reviews with thorough risk identification.
• Build stakeholder relationships across Sales, Relationship Management, Credit Risk and Operations.
• Maintain technical standards and professional accreditations.
• Provide expert insight to support risk-based decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of audit and survey processes.
• Promote a strong control environment across the Sales Finance portfolio.
