Barclay Simpson is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join its growing professional services team. The role entails delivering risk-based audits from planning through to completion, across a diverse portfolio including public sector, charities, and housing.

You will work with senior stakeholders, provide practical recommendations, support junior auditors, and develop your career in a supportive environment. UK work rights required; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' internal audit experience.
• Experience in professional services or outsourced internal audit is preferred.
• Professional qualification or progress towards one is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk-based internal audits from planning through to completion.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and build client relationships.
• Support development of junior auditors and provide practical recommendations.
