Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning to completion
• Deliver audits on time, ensuring standards and firm policies
• Lead planning and close meetings, mentor senior team members
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain long-term relationships
• Identify technical/commercial matters and propose practical solutions
• Oversee resource allocation and flag risks to RI
• Provide guidance and support to audit teams throughout the lifecycle
• Review files/workpapers before RI review
• Review statutory financial statements for compliance
• Coach and train staff for continuous improvement
