Job summary

BDO is seeking an Audit Senior Manager in Lancashire to lead and deliver high-quality audits for a range of clients. You will manage engagements, guide junior staff, and ensure compliance with UK GAAS, IFRS and UK GAAP while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/ICAS or overseas equivalent, degree-level education, and proven supervision experience within an audit team. Opportunity to develop professionally within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS or overseas equivalent.
• Educated up to degree level or CTS.
• Experience supervising and coaching junior staff on site.
• Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.
• Working knowledge of firm services, issues regarding advice, and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
• Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements for diverse clients.
• Deliver accurate, transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Coach and develop junior team members on site.
• Collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners to ensure quality audits.
