Job summary

BDO seeks an Audit Manager in Leeds to lead audit engagements, supervise junior staff on site, and deliver high-quality reporting. The role requires ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification or overseas equivalent, and strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and auditing standards.

You will work with Directors and Partners, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering controls while contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification or overseas equivalent.
• Experience supervising and coaching junior staff on site.
• Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.
• Working knowledge of firm services, issues regarding advice, and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
• Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
