Job summary

PM+M is seeking an ambitious Supervisor for its audit, accounting and advisory team in Lancashire, with ACA/ACCA qualification and at least 4 years of external audit experience. The role involves leading on-site teams, delivering statutory audits and year-end accounts, and developing junior staff across a diverse client base.

You will work from client premises around Lancashire and Greater Manchester, with a flexible, hybrid approach that can include time at home, and you will report to managers

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 4 years' external audit experience.
• Experience leading on-site audit teams on a variety of clients.
• Ambition to progress into audit management.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site audit teams and manage client relationships.
• Deliver statutory audits (about 75% of the role), plus year-end accounts and ad hoc advisory work.
• Report to Managers/Directors/Partners and train less experienced team members.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient audits and develop opportunities for process improvements.
