Protalent is representing a Top 20 accountancy firm in Stevenage seeking an Audit Senior to lead audits, nurture client relationships, and supervise junior staff. The role offers hybrid working and a supportive culture with clear progression paths.

The ideal candidate will have ACA/ACCA qualification (or part-qualified) and 3+ years of practice auditing experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit Leadership – Manage audits from planning through to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Client Relations – Act as the main point of contact, delivering exceptional service and managing expectations.
• Team Supervision – Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and review of their work.
• Accounts & Compliance – Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
